Shining is about taking charge of your life.
Taking charge requires work and energy... it’s hard!
It’s hard for a short while.
Once you get used to it, you’ll be wondering how you ever did otherwise.

Notes:

*  Learn to manage your stress and tension.  Get involved with activities that make you feel good: get regular massages, practice yoga daily, and get more involved with your favorite hobby.

*  Have and create more fun for yourself and others around you. 

   
*  Eat and drink what is good for you, like water and fresh juices along with foods that are freshly cooked.  Remember lots of fruits and vegetables.

*  Forgive and forget the ugly stuff that you or others have done in the past.  By doing so you'll be unloading a lot of unnecessary baggage. You are bigger and better than a "tube" of negative energy.

*  Learn to communicate with your body; it does not speak English. It communicates in feelings and sensations.  Be attentive to your body.  The more you are in touch with your feelings the better you'll be taking care of yourself.  i.e. When you feel discomfort, find out what is causing it and fix it.

      
*  Follow your gut feeling, your body can and will take care of you, be nice to it.
